C7 Pre-Cut Premium Insulation Kit


We are proud to introduce our Insulation Kit for the C7. With 1,000's of kits sold for every generation Corvette we found there was a need for kit in the C7.

 
The C7 Corvette Pre-cut Premium Insulation kit comes with everything you need to insulate and
provide sound deadening in your Corvette.
 
GM did a far better job insulating the C7 than any other generation before. The driver and passenger under seat carpet has foam molded to it. We discovered that this area has 0 tolerence for any additional material. Over the years on the C5/6 we have noticed that the under seat carpet area does not produce any heat and very little to no road noise. So the C7 kit there is no under seat sections. This saves a lot on material and saves you a lot of labor since the seats and carpet do not need to be removed. You will have access to the tunnel area by laying the carpet down and sliding in our material.
 
 

 
Our kit is a non-fiberglass, non-asphalt based product which weighs in at 8 lbs, for those who are weight conscious, it rejects 97% of the radiant heat.
It is only 3/16" thick, so as not to interfere with proper mounting of your interior, and all holes are pre-cut & all pieces are clearly labeled for your convenience.
It is our #1 goal to provide you ease of install, while making a HUGE improvement in your overall enjoyment of your Corvette. 
Each kit is hand cut to our specifications, and guaranteed to make a difference in your C7!
 
Each kit comes with the following pieces:

  • Driver & Passenger side tunnel pieces.
  • Full center console pieces, with holes for the center console bolts.
  • Full Cargo area floor pieces.
  • Full Side rear wheel well pieces.
  • Back Bumper wall.
  • Extra pieces for odds and ends coverage that you may need.

 The 2nd layer is a peel and stick Ensolite IUO insulation material. This was designed by NASA for the space program.This is a very high grade foam/adhesive combination that will handle high heat, is fire retardant just like regular IUO. It resembles a wet suit material.

This kit includes every section above except for the front section where it is to thick for both layers. The front sections are Ensolite only.
